At the house of Wavely, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. Here is our exchange and return policy, in accordance with Quebec law and fair trade standards.
📦 Eligibility for return or exchange
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The request is made within a period of 30 days following the date of receipt of the command.

The product is Unused, not washed, not damaged and in his original packaging.

The product is not an article in final, personalized or tailor-made promotion (see below).

🔄 Exchange
We offer the exchange of a product for an article of the same value (subject to availability). If the desired article is no longer available, a Credit in store or a refund will be offered.
💵 Refund
If you are eligible for a return, the refund will be made according to the original payment method, within a period of 5 to 10 working days After receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Return costs are payable by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.

In the event of a damaged or incorrect article, contact us in the 7 days Depending on receipt for an exchange or full refund, including shipping costs.
